Grand Central Bakery works with Architects and Designers at Mallet to convert a 5000 square foot warehouse into their Headquarters.
Mallet Design Build converted a warehouse space to a 20,000-sf foot production artisan bakery, 2000 sf commercial commissary kitchen and 3000 sf corporate office. This included major structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope to support the client’s operational equipment.
