Percy’s in Ballard works with Architecture and Design team - Mallet

Mallet Design Build completed the design and construction of this atmospheric temple to the scratch cocktail in 2013 and won an award for "Best Adaptive Re-use" from Historic Seattle. The twin residential structures were originally part of the "Doc Maynard" Platt in the international district and were then moved to Ballard Avenue in the 1970's. They are some of the only extant examples of a plank structural assembly.
